Domaine produces a complete range of wine: AOC Minervois, Vins de Pays,
and table wines white, rosé and red; either bottled or Bag in Box (BiB).

VARIETY : Black Grenache (50%) from limestone slopes, Carignan (25%) from sandy-clay soil with gravel, Syrah (25%) from limestone soil.
TASTING :
Lively red color, brilliant and sustained. Intense fruit compote nose,
spicy with caramel notes; supple at first, ample, round, fat, with the
presence of tannins, still young. Well-balanced, good length.
Can be kept about 2 years; best after one year.
SERVING SUGGESTION :Serve at 18°C (64°F) with meats in sauce or game. Open one hour before serving.
PRESENTATION: Bottles of 75 cl, cartons of 6.

VARIETY : Grey Grenache (80%)
Carignan (20%)
TASTING :
Superb pale pink color with salmon reflections. Nose of small fresh
fruit; notes of English bonbons, supple at first, then lively, fine,
aromatic; well-balanced.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Drink between 10 and 12° C (50-54°F) with grilled meats, pizza or quiches, couscous, etc.
Drink within one year.

TASTING :
Belle robe rouge sombre à reflets pourpres, brillante et soutenue ; nez
intense, des notes de réglisse mélées à des notes de cuir, de fruits
noirs (cassis), boisé bien fondu.En bouche, souple à l’attaque puis
ample, rond, avec des tanins soyeux, vin bien équilibré, bonne longueur
sur une pointe cacaotée en finale, rétronasale sur le cassis, potentiel
de garde de 5 ans environ.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve at 18°C (64°F) with meats in sauce or game. Open one hour before serving.

VARIETY : Muscat (100%)
TASTING :
Pale yellow color ; nose : white-fleshed fruit, roast and
liquorice taste ; supple, round, rich with honey and fruit aroma,
woody, agreeable.
SERVING SUGGESTION : Drink between 10 and 12° C (50-54°F) with fish in sauce, shellfish.
Should be drunk within one year.
PRESENTATION: Bottles of 75 cl, cartons of 6.
