The domain is situated in the hamlet of Babio, which is part of the La Caunette commune, in the heart of the Haut-Minervois region (5 km from the Minerve Cité). Perched on a hillside at 200 meters altitude in the foothills of the Black Mountain (Espinouse massif), the vineyards of the domain enjoy plenty of sunshine.

Grapes of traditional varieties are grown in the 13 hectares of vineyards: Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah for the reds and rosés; white Grenache and Muscat for the whites.

The vineyards

The domain was taken over in 2003 by Cecile Weissenbach, a trained oenologist with a passion for wine. Emphasis is on the production of high-quality wine in small quantities, using methods of cultivation designed to produce healthy ripe grapes, with respect for the environment (limited use of fertilizer and pesticides). The grapes are harvested mainly by hand, and wine is produced in the traditional manner. The wines reflect the taste of the terroir by their depth and their finesse. To be discovered rapidly.
